UAW 2750 is all postbacs, predocs, postdocs, research fellows, and clinical fellows across every NIH institute and center, every campus. Together, we are building a stronger future for our coworkers and for public science.

Who we are
Not an outside organization. Our coworkers, acting together.
Members write priorities, elect coworkers, vote on major decisions, participate in monthly membership meetings, enforce our contract, and determine how the local operates.
Our power comes from participation across classifications, workplaces, institutes, centers, and campuses— not from a handful of people speaking for everyone else.

Leadership is something members practice.
Titles can matter, but participation is broader than elected offices. Members lead by organizing their coworkers, sharing information, serving as stewards, joining committees, and showing up when collective decisions are made.

Fellows win the union
NIH Fellows vote 97.8% yes to form UAW 2750.
The first contract
Members ratify their first collective bargaining agreement with a 98.3% yes vote.
