These coworkers were elected to help administer our Local, represent members across NIH, enforce our contract, and carry out priorities set by the membership. Elected office is one form of leadership—not the only one. Our union is strongest when members take initiative, share information, support coworkers, and organize together.

The current three-year term runs from February 2025 through February 2028.

When a seat becomes vacant

The elected Elections Committee communicates vacancy election information at membership meetings and by email. Watch those official notices for nomination dates, voting details, and deadlines.

Who may run

Eligibility and election procedures are governed by the UAW 2750 Bylaws and the UAW Constitution. Members considering a run should review both documents and follow the Elections Committee’s notice for the specific seat.
